We called Harvey Richards six months ago and gave them a very specific brief along with several other agents in the town as our family needs meant only a particular sort of house would suit and within four weeks of giving them our brief our offer was accepted on a stunning sea view house where I now sit looking at the stunning sunset with my young family playing in the water. What a far cry London is. No other agent even called us !! Not even with something for us to view !!! therefore I cannot recommend Harvey Richards & West more highly to those seeking an outstandingly professional estate agent in Whitstable.

Harvey Richards and West were extremely professional and efficient in dealing with the sale of our property. After having had a very negative experience with another agent, we were relieved to be dealing with individuals who were both optimistic and realistic.
