Excellent service and a really nice guy

Alston Fletcher was originally booked to sort out some dripping guttering joints. Two days before, however, we discovered a leak in the roof. We texted him to ask if he could prioritize the roof and he remotely diagnosed a broken tile, arrived having picked up a matching replacement from photos taken of the guttering and fixed both problems within a few hours. I wholeheartedly recommend him for his 'can do' attitude, which has saved us a lot of time and money, as we were thinking that the whole gutter would need to be replaced!
