After years of trying many resistance bands and trying to avoid the ones that slip around and move and so on I finally found lionize!!The bands are premium quality fabric and stay in place during my workout. It helps that the social media platform is on hand too offering tips and exercises so accompany my band.Would deffo recommend to any who wants a quick, easy but effective home workout or on the go you can take it anywhere!!
