From our initial phonecall through to completion all the staff at Chris George have been lovely. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Benjamin came to value our house, we chatted and he left. At NO point were we pressured or hounded. We employed Chris George to sell our house as sole agents. Anna took some fabulous photos, Samantha devised a floor plan and added all the little details that make a house a home. We handed them a key and vacated during viewing. We received feedback from each viewing. When we received an offer, Samantha and Benjamin worked their joint magic negotiating. All the way through the sale process we were supported. We would highly recommend Chris George. Their staff are to be commended. If, like us your last experience of estate agents was 20 plus years ago, rest assured things have changed, for the better. Not to sound sickly but we couldn't have wished for better service.

We cannot speak highly enough of Hayley at Chris George. She went above and beyond what we expected an estate agent to deliver. She was a constant support through - what turned out to be - a difficult sale. We had missed exchange dates, causing missed completion dates, due to a seller down the chain (don't believe cash buyers are better), but Hayley took the bull by the horns and stepped in to make everything run smoothly in the end, all with her professional service, pro-active attitude and approach, her happy smile and the constant updates to let us know what was happening.We have now moved and already settled in our new home, but now miss our chats with Hayley as they had become quite a regular occurance.We wish her all the best in the future and are sure she will go far in estate agency if she chooses to, we have already instructed her for our Mother's house (and she sold that within a week) and wouldn't have any issues or delays in recommending her to anyone else.

I can say without hesitation I thoroughly recommend Chris George Estate Agents. During what can be a drawn out process they were always available by phone or email, very quick to come back with answers to queries, kept on top of what was happening in the 'chain' (I always got more information from them than the solicitors) and I felt that they were actively managing the whole process all the way through. Chris George - well what can we say, they have been absolutely amazing from start to finish.We were with another estate agent and didn't have any joy what so ever, we rang Chris George and within 2 weeks we sold our house.I would highly recommend using this company.The staff are so very friendly and professional.We would like to thank you so very much.We moved last Friday and sold just before Christmas.They recommended a couple of solicitors- we used seatons and they were Fabulous also, kept us informed every step of the way.

Firstly I can't sing Amanda's praises enough. We are currently going through a house sale which has run on for 6 months and is proving very difficult to say the least. Between herself and I we have come to conclusions that should be at the remit of a solicitor. Amanda has been non stop helpful and updates me every step of the way and without her help I think I would be at a lost cause. I honestly can't thank her enough.

Buying your first home should be stressful but Chris George The Estate Agent reduced the stress tenfold. Becky from Chris George was amazing from the moment we met her at the property. She continued to go out of her way to help us and even contacted the sellers after her working day had ended in order to get things moving for us. Once we had the sale agreed we were in contact with Amanda at Chris George who was also fantastic. Our solicitors were sorely lacking and thanks to Amanda we were constantly kept in the loop. I did have dealings with other members of staff at the Corby branch who were also incredibly helpful. We picked up our keys last month at the Kettering branch and everyone was so wonderful. Would hugely recommend this estate agent.

We have had an excellent experience using Chris George Corby with selling our home.Once Ricky came round to value the property, it’s was very soon after that the friendly photographer came round to take photos (and extremely professional and great pictures too I have to add) and before we knew it, our house was up on the market on Rightmove.The house sold very quickly after the first collated group of viewings took place as we were happy with an offer.Unfortunately, towards the end of the sale process our buyer had pulled out but Ricky and Katie kept us calm and had our house put straight back onto the market and arranged another lot of viewings to do in one day. This suited us very well to go out for the day and have all viewings done on the same day. Especially with working around a family and jobs.Luckily we sold again after receiving several offers and then we began the sale process again.It had been a long and stressful process in general with solicitor dealings but Katie at Chris George had been incredible and she certainly has been the key element in this process (for us personally) with communicating so frequently on our behalf between both ours and our buyers solicitors and directly to our buyers. She is incredibly responsive, she is persistent with chasing solicitors up and getting the answer for you and she didn’t once make me feel like I was a nuisance as I did contact her the most with an obsessive amount of questions :)She has put so much of her time into our case and has put me at ease on so many occasions with her reassurance.Thank you to Ricky, Katie and the team at Chris George for selling our home and checking in with us after we moved into our new home. Id highly recommend CG for their very reasonable rates, their professionalism and there drive to sell your home and help make it a smooth transition as much as they possibly can.

Chris George estate agents did a fantastic job for us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The team sold our house quickly and kept in frequent contact with both us and both sets of solicitors to support with the entire process. Hayley and Ricky were great people to work with and always so positive. I wouldn’t think about ever using anyone else if you want reliable, honest and professional agents.
