Pretty much barged in my house and began taking apart the oven before consulting what I actually required. Then tried to demand a call out fee without discussing price. Rude and unfriendly.

Washing machine not spinning, gave them a phone and he knew exactly what was wrong and managed to fit me in that morning by starting early. Quickly fixed and good price. Always good to find a local repair company.
