Fantastic service from start to finish. Came over at a suitable time to measure up and brought samples and had quotation. Following week came to fit underlay and carpet on stairs and landing. The team worked quickly and efficiently and left everything tidy. They finished in an hour and a half. Extremely pleased with the new carpet. Will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Brilliant service, very smooth from the beginning quote for the carpets and fitting to the end of the job. Had a tricky part that needed doing, which wasn’t a problem for Luke. Definitely our go to carpet company, fair prices and a great service!

Used these guys the other week. Called up and luke came the same day with sample. Told him what i wanted. A week later fitted. Very pleased with carpet and super fast service. Would recommend

Great quality carpet, great prices. Came to house measure up and showed me samples. Not long to wait for carpet be fitted either. My daughter loves her carpet in her room. Be getting Cyncoed Carpets do rest the house. Really good highly recommend.

Would highly recommend cyncoed carpets from the first phone call Luke came out the next day to give me a quote and brought all the samples for me to look through. within a week my carpets were fitted I’m so happy with the quality and fitting and the price was very reasonable, well done to Luke and the boys you are all doing an amazing job. Will defiantly be using you again in the future.

Have had an absolutely fantastic service provided by Luke at Cyncoed Carpets. From day 1 Luke has been a legend - very easy going yet professional at all stages. He and his colleague fitted our carpets today (spare bedroom, landing, stairs and hallway) in under 3 hours without cutting any corners. We are delighted with the carpets, finished to such a professional high standard. The house already feels so much warmer and more homely as a result. Strongly recommend Cyncoed Carpets for any carpet or flooring - you will not be disappointed!

Luke and his crew were great from start to finish. He came round initially to talk us through carpet options and provided a fair quote. He installed the carpets quickly. We were very pleased with the final carpet fit. Would recommend and will be using this company again in the future
