I asked for a machine with Ubuntu installed on which they agreed to clearly, and I got one with Windows installed on so that's a setback for the start of my University course. The laptop was good apart from that and they are reasonably knowledgeable, although last time they did an Ubuntu install there were also graphics issues

Professional , competent and organised. They repaired my laptop successfully, quickly and inexpensively. When I returned a few days later with an unrelated fault they fixed it without charge - I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Brilliant place. Needed a new charger for my work laptop urgently. Not the most common of machines but had one in stock for less than I was expecting to pay. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I'd certainly go back.

Fantastic place. Serviced laptop same day as drop off. Reasonably priced. Excellent and helpful staff. Buying new or refurbished laptop from here a must. Servicing very efficient and explained well.
