A great experience selling and buying with Perry Bishop. My case was a little unusual as I asked Perry Bishop to approach the owner of a rented house asking if they would sell it to me and they said YES!The whole process was completed in just under 5 months which I was very happy with.I believe the valuation of both houses was realistic and spot on and I achieved my asking price despite the current economic climate.Communication from Harriet, Lucy and Gerry throughout was fabulous and I felt they really cared about the process going smoothly.I am now drinking coffee and listening to the birds singing in my garden while the dogs happily trot about. I am one happy customer.

Michelle was meant to handle our sale but was impossible to get hold off.
