2nd visit to the salon and will definitely return. Michelle took a great deal of time at the beginning of both visits to discuss my hair and exactly what I wanted. Although not cheap, cut each time has been excellent and I'm really pleased with the colour I received on my second visit too. Michelle did a great job of sorting out a previous colour job from another hairdressers which I wasn't happy with. Had a lot of compliments on my hair the following day. Welcoming and professional staff. Jade also did a great job when helping Michelle to tone, dry and style my hair.

When I first came to this salon I was wondering what kind of “experience” would they offer.I am very glad to say that they are professionals!And Darcie, my sweet hairdresser, she is the real deal! She was the only one - in years, that game me the hair I was looking for.Excellent customer service, great and friendly people.Now I found my place! Recently started using this salon, first time absolutely no issue Darcie was welcoming, knowledgeable so had no qualms deciding to go back. But after 2nd visit after having my hair cut returned home for a shower & noticed the top back of my top was all discoloured, I actually thought it must have been dried in shampoo or something so washed it straight away after 4 washes I called the salon & explained everything and asked could it be something in the products & if they had any idea how I could get the marks off, I told her that it looked like my top had been bleached but I was only in for a cut & style! Was told they would have to ask my stylist & someone would call me back. That was 10 days ago & still no contact! At the end of the day mistakes do happen, but your customer service has fell below par on this occasion!

First visit to the salon and so impressed by the welcome and friendliness of staff. A big thank you again to Katie for the consultation and my new cut and style.

Jay done an amazing job on my hair, looks and feels amazing. After six months of waiting, I was so excited to be having my hair done at long last and I’m not disappointed!Jay was really bubbly and great with recommendations for my hair.Social distancing respected throughout, thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Decided to take my daughter here after her regular hairdresser, Alison Stewart closed. I had previosuly went to Migeles before for around a year and never had any issues. At her appointment earlier today we were 5 mins late due to all of the roadworks in Kirkcaldy. After going in the receptionist went to see the hairdresser in the staffroom who said she can't take her because she was late and would be cutting it fine for next appointment. The hairdresser couldn't even be bothered to look at my daughters hair which only needed a trim. To make matters worse, I had to wait 5-10 mins anytime I went to them before so I can't of been important enough for them to worry about keeping me waiting. My wife also had to wait 15 mins for her last appointment so the staff aren't held to the same standards as clients, clearly. I've managed to get my daughter an appointment at another salon, Byron, which I've heard good things about and know some of the staff who are friendly and accomodating. I at least know they'll look at my daughter instead of just getting the receptionist to dismiss her like at Migeles.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this lovely salon. Very friendly, experienced staff and the salon has a welcoming, relaxed vibe which I really liked. Appointment was not rushed and Paula was very precise with my cut and colour. Would highly recommend.
