Great fun for the family! The only issue we had was the time slot available, which wasn't too great. Overall , I would recommend it for a family in door day out activity.

Great place to take the kids to blow off some steam! The toddler sessions are great and very reasonably priced. The refillable slushy station is also brilliant! It’s a little over priced in my opinion for the older children but it’s great fun!

Have taken my family there many times over the years. The kids love it and the drink selection is decent. There is only one way in/out so it's easy to keep an eye on the little ones. For young children I would highly recommend.Have held a birthday party here and it created great memories

Took a trip down today for the new climbing walls (located at the lower Thames walk/car park near Cafe Rouge)The kids had a great time, I'm gutted I didn't have a go myself!Thomas and Abi were very knowledgeable and helpful so thank you both :) Kids can't wait to go back!

The trampoline area is fantastic for the kids to run around and have fun.I feel it is ridiculous that as a parent walking only on the carpeted area you have to pay for the privilege to monitor and make sure the kids are safe by buying the special socks".I would completely understand if I were on the mats

Gavity now has clip and climb at Bluewater. Great place for kids to climb. Kids enjoyed it so much. Please book your slots or combine it with trampoline park. Definitely recommend kids and even adults.

Incident occurred while my daughter playing, a women shouted at my daughter to get clear from her son and said she shouldn’t be running, first thing , it’s a play area, next is she shouldn’t bring her son if he’s that delicate and the most important thing is not to shout at my daughter. The main thing is the staff and management are completely useless ,as we identified the women , instead of confronting her with what she did , they re-worded everything in a polite manner and completely changing what happened , instead of a warning they told her to be mindful of other users. So my advice to other parents is be vigilant of grumpy or over protective parents because the staff and management are incompetent only there to earn money. My overall assessment is we will not be coming here again and I will pass on my experience to close family and friends and mention to anyone through general conversation. The only reason for the one star is that it won’t let me post this review.

Half term has finished. So why am I subjected to £15.95 each for myself and my son (nearly 2 years old) for a school day? Parent and toddler is £6 for the pair.Activity is fun and the staff are pleasant enough, hence why it doesn't get the one star, but the policies of gravity regards the costly entry fee are a shambles. A toddler less than 2 years old on a school day shouldn't be charged £16.You can see why the staff are dressed in black and white... daylight robbery from the company. You're letting your staff down

Gravity is great fun for children, but it does have its flaws. We forgot our socks, and had to buy new ones. Personally, I believe that the socks should be free, considering the entry prices are already expensive! The music that they play in there is inappropriate for children. Mummy don't know daddy's getting hot

Had a terrible experience. Not worth the money. You also need to buy an adult ticket if you have under 5 child. One parent should be allowed with a toddler like all other trampoline parks allow. If they can’t go alone by your rules it should be free for someone to go with them it’s common sense. It should be either no under 5’s allowed or patent is free. The toilets and cleanliness was also awful. Would NOT recommend wasting your money.I was alone with my 2 kids one 6 one 1 and the 6 year old wanted to to just go inside to keep him company for one minute as he was scared to go alone so they made me buy tickets for all 3 of us plus socks which then I went in for one minute and left. Ruined our day.
