We recently completed on our sale through Jacobs Steel. This is the second time we’ve chosen Jacobs Steel after a failed move a couple of years ago and if we ever move again we would choose them without hesitation.Jake was probably the only person through the whole experience that fully informed us all the way through and nothing was ever too much trouble no matter how busy he was.We always felt very informed and in the loop after speaking to him.Matt was always there to help with any difficult situations and dealt with even the most testing of scenarios with good humour.Sharon is always so polite and lovely to chat to and it was nice to have such a friendly voice when times where stressful. To everyone we spoke to thank you for your patience and kindness and helping us all the way through probably the hardest move I’ve ever had to go through! If it wasn’t for JS and their amazing team we would have walked away because I don’t think I would have been able to cope!!

For the Shoreham branch: Utterly useless. Classic, slimey estate agents. Dom, in particular, does very little work so make sure he’s not involved in your sale or purchase. Avoid

I would absolutely recommend Jacobs Steel to anyone selling their property. They were professional, approachable and always very prompt in their communication.
