I sent into H Samuel on Monday to be greeted by 2 delightful ladies Michelle & Emma, they gave me their undivided attention to help me buy 3 silver children signet rings for my wedding, this Saturday!They pulled out all the stops to get 2 additional rings calling other branches, as only had one in stock, as my daughter has triplets and they are flower girls at our wedding.It is a pleasure to shop when have wonderful staff like this and nothing is too much trouble.Thank you and well done Michelle & EmmaKind regards Joy Ternouth x

Amazing service. Had an issue with a engagement ring one week before my wedding but the staff gave me a replacement rather than going through insurance which takes weeks. Very happy I had my ring in time for the day.

Wonderful experience shopping for our wedding rings with Emma in St Austell Branch. She was so pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We just had to buy our beautiful rings there after Emma made it such a special occasion for us. We would highly recommend this branch and especially Emma, if you are looking for something special. Michelle served me today and she was really kind and friendly. She helped me with a watch bracelet adjustment and a fitting for my wedding ring. Not only did she size both items for me, she was able to place the order for the wedding ring AND save me money. It’s such a lovely experience when you enter a shop and straight away the staff are welcoming and helpful.

My little had her ears pierced a couple of weeks ago. Sara was very patient and caring, I was very pleased with the experience and so glad we chose to do it at H. Samuel - plus the price was very reasonable. My little ones ears are healing nicely and she is very happy. Thanks Sara

Great Customer Service from Sarah in store today! She made the process of returning an unwanted gift and picking something else so smooth. She had great knowledge of the products and was helpful when trying them on. I was also able to get my ear pierced there and then. Thank you again!
