Fantastic new items with minor blemishes at significant discounts. I’m currently sitting on what we purchased from them and it’s still going strong.Friendly staff heh I seem honest about item source and condition. Tip - delivery around £50 extra and is cash on delivery by man and van. Only criticism is that the shop should be better lit as one bank of lights looks to be out - although I do wonder if that’s on purpose now I think about it!

We were happy to see he was still working for the branch and as always welcoming and went above and beyond. Professional - Very knowledgeable - and no pressure purchasing. Pulled up the description for the products which secured the sale and put us at ease.Ryan And the manager also helpful upon return again description pulled up and put the sale through. Also helped to load furniture into our hire van and got some furniture oil fantastic can’t fault :).We went just for a bed frame and ended up with a frame - mattress - side tables and wall art.! 5 star service Thank you Satnam and the team.We will Recommend friends and family and will be back Again !

Fantastic store. Oak furniture land seconds and returns. Everything needs a good looking over but we've had the most incredible bargains on solid oak furniture and top quality leather sofas.

Ryan was really helpful in keeping in touch when we were looking for chairs messaging on Facebook to save us having to keep coming into store, great experience, excellent customer service, thank you.

Excellent service and unbelievable prices!Ryan helped me find the all the furniture I needed and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I rang the store before my visit and asked about the sofa I was interested in.Ryan told me to message the facebook page and he sent me photos of the item I was interested in and I was able to reserve the item. I went in later that day to purchase it, one more sofa and a dining table with 6 chairs.He helped me measure the sofa I wanted and I stayed in the store till the closing time of 6pm and didn't feel rushed.All the staff are really friendly and so helpful. I will be shopping here again and recommending to all my family.
