I really love my wedding dress. Very good service. I am satisfied best shop in Finsbury park!

Brides beware. Don't waste your time visiting this shop. When booking the appointment the owner was very short and rude on the phone (should have taken this as a clue for the rest of the visit). When we arrived the first thing that was said to us was 'Youre late' (6 mins). 3 mins of which we were in the shop waiting for her to finish with another customer. We were all so shocked at how rude the owner was and couldn't wait to get out.Not sure how it's still in business as was a horrendous experience. May be Ok to visit for prom dresses but definitely not for wedding dresses!! Learn how to treat customers if you want to work in the bridal business people spend a lot of money on a dress and don't want to be barked at.

Attended today to try wedding dresses on for the first time and have a lovely experience! Really listened to what I had In my head and helped me get a better idea of what I want. Found a dress I loved but didn’t buy and wasn’t pushed or pressured into closing a sale! Really recommend!I see some post about the owner being rude but she was lovely, really knew what she was talking about and was very informative and efficient, very assertive so maybe this was mistaken for rudeness but can only go on my personal experience.Dresses are amazing lots of prices and styles to choose from well worth a visit. Only down side is the shop is very small and not much floor space so don’t bring an entarage.

Very bad customer service. The lady who is the owner is very rude. As we entered her assistant was trying to serve us, and she went to ask her about the designer dress I wanted. She brushed her off and said that she is the owner and that I deal with her. I should have left from that moment, her assistant was trying to be very polite, but her boss treat her in such a manner in front of customers, then what should I expect to how I will be treated. She just tries to sell everything, like as soon as I entered she asked me whats my budget and I told her it didnt matter and that I am looking for a Demetrios dress. She told me basically that it would matter that those dresses go to £5000. She gave me other dresses to try instead of what I came there for, and then instead of describing the dress, she was more concerned to find the price tag BEFORE I actually try it. When i asked if I can try the Demetrios dress she told me it's £50 to try that. There is no such thing to pay such a price for just trying" a dress. It is outrageous

So first thing the owner Emma she is sooo rude and doesn't know anything about customer service !I've tried 2 dresses that I've seen on her website and I went for the second one the price was really cheap but she said was on sale , anyway i was happy i found my dress.I've paid and i left the dress there for 2 weeks for a professional cleaning , that wasn't a professional cleaning when i took the dress home because once again she didn't had patience to show me that the dress is clean and she wanted me out of there as soon as possible .i took the dress home and when i saw that big pieces of washing powder was coming out from the dress i was horrified and then to see that inside the dress have foundation marks all over it that looked like the dress was second hand i have no idea , she didn't mention that the dress was second hand ....it looks like . Also the metal around the rhinestone was oxidised and black and i have to replace that .she didn't want to fix the dress for me she said that it suits me perfectly , the dress is BIG , but anyway , i will take the dress somewhere else and fix it .veryyy disappointed i wouldn't recommend her shop to anyone else !bad experience and bad customer service !

Called this shop to try and make an appointment and got the rudest lady on the phone who wasnt accomdating at all! I wont even bother going in there now.

Very unpleasant shop with rude personal. They are asking you to look in some catalogs with dresses to check what is your preferred ones and after they are making you try something that lookalike with what you saw in the catalogue but 3 times bigger size. You don't get to see a sample of your preferred dress you just have to order.

Very helpful I love the dresses and the owner is very lovely friendly have unique dresses. I always stand out with the dresses.very classy and elegant dresses. We always have a laugh with owner.always goes an extra mile to advise you on what dress is suitable .
