Heathrow Parking Park and Ride

After booking and then reading all the terrible reviews i was worried what state my car would be in when we returned from our 3 week vacation, we had nothing to worry about the car was in the condition we left it, 6 miles had been used which we was informed would be as the car was moved to another compound. The transfers went smoothly our return transfer arrived after 15 minutes of making the call to them. I found them polite and professional. The £5 fee that has to be paid covers drop off and pick and seeing as the initial payment is very cheap I was happy to do this thank you for a great service guys.

Don’t use! Shocking!Communication is awful!The transfer time to the airport was so over 45 minutes, we then waited an hour to get collected from the airport (not at the spot agreed via email) to find that my car had been moved multiple time to different parking lots (apparently) a total of 8 miles but a loss of over 25 miles in fuel. Whomever decided to take my car for this ride had a great time reclining both front seats and blaring ASIANSTR from my speakers. After questioning this when picking up my car apparently this behaviours is normal and all in the fine print.If you value your car do not use!

Sent me a text message 12 hours before arrival saying that location had changed. Not a problem. What they don’t tell you is that the new location is in the ulez zone. I had booked this 3-4 months before arrival and guess they left it to the last minute to prevent cancellation. I contacted them and asked for some compensation towards the fee and was told no and that it’s the drivers responsibility. I 100% would not recommend parking here and would give zero stars if I could.

The place is fraudulent. I booked in February, and last week i took my car there and it was closed apparently they have penalties and have been fined and business is closed. None cacalled my booking or emailed me ans I had to rush looking for another place to stay!!!

Cancelled parking after reading online reviews. Advised that I had to wait up to 8 weeks for a refund and still not received months later. I will be reporting this company to the financial ombudsman. As I had been assured repeatedly that this was being dealt with and has yet to be. Next time I will definitely check reviews and companies house!!!! If you read the reviews below their standard response is 'we're a booking agent and not responsible' or 'we have no bookings in your name'...seems convenient that all the people leaving reviews are wrong! Definitely not to be trusted with your hard earned cash!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!We called as per instructions on our booking email to state that we were 20 minutes away from the drop off location. We were told no problem and that someone would be available to take us to the airport when we arrived. We arrived at the location 20 minutes later and called as we could see signs for Heathrow Park and Ride but it appeared to just be an abandoned multi storey car park with no people around. The person on the phone asked me if I'd received a text message a few days ago to tell me the location of drop off had changed. I replied that I had not received any message so he gave me a postcode of which to take my car and said the new location was UB9 3LN, Stockleigh Country Park. This aroused our suspicions as we'd received no text message and seemed odd that we'd been asked to meet at a country park. However, we drove to this site now panicked that we were going to be late for our flight. When we arrived there the country park gates were locked up and there was no one around. At this point it was 7am and our flight was at 9.05am so we were incredibly worried about the whole experience which proved to be very stressful. We tried to call the number again and no one answered. We then decided that this all didn't seem right and we were concerned our car would be stolen if we handed the keys over (if someone showed up) in an unmarked and unsecured location. We had no choice at this point but to drive to Heathrow Airport and park in the long stay car park which has cost us £249.80. We emailed the company with our complaint and have not surprisingly never heard back. A complete scam

So I read the reviews on this place AFTER I had booked, and was filled with dread. The reviews were shocking. HOWEVER after using this service, I honestly can say, I had a great experience. They rang me before I arrived to check I was coming. They answered my call to be picked up when our flight arrived early. They were very polite. The transfer time was 20 minutes. My car was undamaged and with the same amount of pettol in it. AND one of the main complaints people have written about was this surprise" £5 airport drop-off fee was completely unfounded. It informed me of this charge at the bottom of the confirmation email. And there were signs posted every where at the location of this fee. My only observation is that it's a bit rough round the edges

Really poor service. They don’t check the expected arrival times and don’t anticipate you might be early. They were 15 mins late and 1/2 asleep when I dropped off (as if flights get held for late passengers). I needed to pay the £6 parking which they don’t tell you or factor in to their costs. Called on return, flight was early and really difficult to get hold of anyone, poor comms in terms of etas and when pressed, I was threatened with them delaying and starting the process of getting my car back to me until my original arrival time. Their compound is at least 30mins offsite and it would have been quicker going with an offsite company and getting a bus. Try Triangle parking. They were helpful and proactively waiting for their clients as I was left waiting for over an hour for my car.

This was the first time using Heathrow Park and Ride and it will be my last! From the website you get the impression that you get a transfer straight from drop off to the airport but you do NOT- you have to sit around and wait until their mini bus is full (we waited around 20 mins and I was concerned about time, but this was ignored) then you all get driven together to the airport and all of you are made to pay the £5 drop off fee -even though there is only one charge to the company as only one vehicle enters the drop off zone!Upon arriving back at Heathrow, you have to call them when you’ve got your luggage and they take around 25 mins to get you, plus any other people waiting for the bus. On our way back our driver stopped at a petrol station to blow his tyres up! We wasted around 15 mins whilst he did this and he took us to two petrol stations as the first air pump was out of use. I had my 4 year old daughter with me who had been travelling all day and there was no thought for her at all, together with the fact that their vehicles are clearly not safety checked before they leave to drop off or collect customers!!! I DO NOT recommend this transfer company at all- pay the bit extra and use a well-reputable transfer service or taxi instead!Ps took a pic from inside the minibus whilst we were waiting for the driver to pump his tyres up.Also, I’ve noticed that my windscreen has a crack in it and I’m pretty sure it didn’t pre-drop off, so if you do choose to use this company make sure you take photos of your car before for reference!

Absolutely terrible service. Left the car in Slough in a secure compound,car was moved off site (terms and conditions say this may happen) but when I asked for photographic evidence it was stored in a secure compound, my emails and phone calls were not responded with an answer. Also a know on the car dashboard was missing. Asked for this to be paid for but no answer. If you park with them YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
