Roof top extension and house renovation in E1WThe roof top extension, which was the main part of the work,was done under the deadline that was initially discussed despite much covid disruption. The work was well planned and executed by a professional team, clean tidy and well organised. I was kept informed of the difficulties and discussed multiple unforeseen but necessary change of plan with KPD. The discussion was always constructive and open, I appreciate the advises received.

Booked a appointmentwitj Pawel a few days in advance. When the time of the appointment came i was texted to say he running late and will be there is a few hours giving me a time. When the time came he message me again to say sorry am still in a meeting so we will arrange for after the bank holidayComplete waste of my time and day and not even a call or apology just a text

We are nearing the end of our project with KPD which has included having a ground floor extension built and reconfiguration of the downstairs as well as a new bathroom upstairs. We couldn’t recommend them more-their work is always to a very high standard, they are very reliable and have been transparent with costs the whole way through. Pawel, the main man, is really involved with every project and always answers any queries we have quickly. He does his best to ensure we’ve got everything we need, when we need. We had another baby half way through this project and he made sure we had a new boiler in time for the baby being born and that our living conditions were comfortable so that everyone was safe and happy. We should also mention that initially we started this project with a different building firm who were awful. KPD came and saved the day when we switched to work with them and had to start the project from the beginning again. It’s been like chalk and cheese! Needless to say we’ve been very happy with KPD.

Pawel and his team have helped my Architecture Studio and my client to make our project happen! Tholos Architects designed a rear extension in conservation area, New Cross Gate, KPD construction have been very professional and delivered the structure of our extension on time and as per drawings. Pawel and the team at KPD were exceptional - I cannot express how lucky we feel to have found them as our builders. Pawel was absolutely meticulous - he focused on all the details and gave us great advice when it came to making decisions for our kitchen and downstairs renovation, he literally didn’t miss a thing! His team - Nicola and Sebastian - were incredible, everything they did was perfect - this is our second renovation and it’s night and day the difference in the professional finish of their workmanship. Everything was done to such a high standard, they were neat throughout all the building works - never leaving piles of rubbish around and keeping everything tidy, they were all so professional and genuinely kind and nice people that we were happy to have in our home. I cannot recommend Pawel more highly - we will only use his company for any building works in the future!

We recently used KPD for a full home top to bottom refurbishment, knocking down of internal walls, converting a garage and conservatory into house and remodelling an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. On top of this replacing all ceilings, plastering all walls, fitting a new kitchen, utility room 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom and new electrics.Pawel and team were extremely professional and friendly, we met regularly to discuss progress and all of the work was completed to a high standard.All snagging work was completed, and Pawel is still on hand should we need him to come back tocheck anything.Would highly recommend.

We engaged KPD to undertake essentially two projects plus other additional work. We would normally only contract with a business that has been recommended to us but to ensure we did a thorough quotation process we also asked companies from whom we had received postal advertisements.The work involved adding- a 6m single story extension across the rear of the house,- a new first floor bedroom above the garage- new roof- making an existing room into an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom- landscaping there rear garden and minor changes to the front gardenWhen it came to the quote process KPD stood out by far as the most professional and attentive to our ideas. Pawel took the time to really understand what we wanted and to inspect the plans and site.We are now just over two thirds of the way through the project. As it has progressed we have requested additional work to be undertaken and KPD have been very accommodating and worked these items into the schedule. They have also been very accommodating when working with other trades people we have had e.g. kitchen, bi-fold door suppliers.As the completion nears it is very exciting to see the project come to fruition.The team that has worked on our project are extremely hard-working, and for a building site, very quiet. In fact our neighbours have commented how tidy and hardworking they are. We thoroughly recommend KPD.

KPD designed and built my first floor and roof extension. Their work was exemplary and we are thrilled with the end product but also with their professionalism and courteous approach to work when on site. They were always on time, worked the whole day, kept in communication with neighbours and made sure I knew what was happening at every stage of the project. Every day they cleaned up before leaving our house and were always considerate of our needs whilst the build progressed. KPD kept to budget and to the timeframe they set at the beginning. Having KPD manage the process meant there was no stress and disruption was minimal whilst they delivered to a very high standard

We used KPD for our loft extension and ground floor extension. We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and project management. In addition the disruption was very well managed. At the end of each day, any mess was cleaned up which is important when the job is 4 or 5 months. Pawel and his team were great to work with always pleasant and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
