New to the area and popped in to ask for a suit to be cleaned by Wednesday (today is Monday). I got a puff of the cheeks and a shrug of the shoulders, told that I had no chance as he had just put a load on and that the earliest I could expect it would be Thursday afternoon. Next nearest dry cleaner much more accommodating and polite.RESPONDING TO THE RESPONSE - I remind everyone that this was a Monday. Regarding the statement about full loads, there was a wash on with one item in.

There is nothing this man cant do !! My dry cleaning was done in super fast time even the super king size duvet !!! ... my sons school trouser alteration yet again superb job and he even left a lot to be let down as he grew ...lovely guy will do anything for anyone ... there should be more people like him

Very happy and grateful with the service received. I took a suit in with a tight turnaround as was having to jump on a plane for the first client meeting in 19 months. After hearing this the nice chap assured me he would fit it in to make sure I looked good for the meeting. Picked up on time and even wished me a good meeting!. Thank you Star Dry Cleaners.

This shop does a great job ironing over dry creased shirts and any specialist dry cleaning needs, use them on a regular basis and always get great service and excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

Mike at star cleaners has been a godsend over the years! On one occasion our little boy put a nappy (or 3!) in the washing machine which completely ruined a whole load.... I sent it to mike to see what could be done and he worked miracles. It was returned to us in perfect condition! Mike also adjusted the length of our lounge and dining room curtains perfectly! We are so happy with them! We will always use star cleaners! Highly recommended!

This is one of those good old fashioned shops that know how to provide that special service, this is rare in this day and age! The staff are friendly and as helpful as possible, the owner Mike is outstanding in the service he provides. Great quality at reasonable prices for a personal service.
