Excellent customer service, fast delivery

Very happy with the quick email reply and subsequent purchase of some poultry woodchip. It was much, much better than the wet mulchy stuff I mistakenly bought from a large chain store before finding these guys on Google.

Great price and delivery, couldn't be happier. The wood chips were exactly what we needed for our edging and absolutely love the smell of cedar too when we walk out the door!

Appalling delivery experience. Took a whole day off to wait in, at their request, no time could be given “driver may call 30 minutes before delivery”. Missed a call on delivery day, called back and the response was “we don’t know where to deliver to so have reallocated the driver to another delivery, can’t deliver today, maybe tomorrow”. Great service, as long as you are happy to wait in for days at a time on the off chance that they can be bothered to deliver. No idea what the product is like, no idea when it might arrive.
