Firth Park
Firth Park gets bad rep but for us it feels like the perfect village. We have 2 butchers on the high street, a patisserie, some of the best coffee ever, a lovely play area and a recently refreshed Park that seems to get more magical by the season.

It's not the best park in Sheffield but it is definitely a nice place to walk the dog and get some views

Firth Park
The park itself is lovely it's the surrounding area, used to live in Page Hall and moved out as the area was in decline and today walked through its honestly like a rubbish tip in the streets, loved that area and know it's sad seeing it in such a state

Firth Park
Let me lay this on the line, Firth Park needs to start bigging itself up. The park and the shopping area has a lot to offer. The park has a playground, multi use sports area, bowling green, car park, run routes and outdoor gym equipment, art trail, woodlands and a great cafe, Henry's. It's a very diverse multi-cultural community and the people are lovely. The shopping area has over 80 shops. Yes there are take aways (name somewhere that doesn't have a set of these), but there is also a Boyes, a great cards & party gifts shop, butchers, greengrocers, Herons, Jack Fultons, Beres, Greggs, Marilyn's wool & craft shop, Richardson's hardware store, a tattooist, lots of shops with a wide range of world goods, furniture shops, a blinds store, a decent chippy, a couple of dessert bars, a chemist, a couple of good charity shops, a few hair salons/Barbers/beauty salons, a Post Office, a Citizens Advice office, newsagents and it still has a bank and a building society. It has a cracking library which has regular events and training put on. It has quirky features like the roundabout which has the old tramlines running through it, street art installations (part of the art trail) and a grade ll listed Clocktower pavilion. The Methodist church has the Thursday Lunch Club where you can get a meal for a couple of quid. Sure there are grotty bits and the occasional idiot but you get that in any place even Whirlow. Come and give it a go!
