Very happy with the service provided. I had my conch pierced by a gentleman called Sean. He was absolutely brilliant I’ve had no complications after my piercing and seems to be healing well. Just a question I would like to know what size the bar is Just so I can order the right size going forward when I decide to change? I will be visiting again. Thank you !

I came today for a daith piercing, i booked over the phone with a lovely lady who answered and booked me in, i was then pierced by a lovely male, they were both very professional, very friendly and I’d definitely recommend! Anyone who is looking to get pierced, definitely come here! I came after I saw good reviews and I will definitely come again. Also, it did not hurt, it was so quick, he was amazing!

Worst hair colour I ever got! After one wash the roots are blonde (rest of the hair is dark brown)! I tried to contact them they didn't even bother to answer! Avoid!EDIT:When I contacted the hairdresser in regards to the problem, the response I got after 3 days was I don't understand why you washed it after one day". After that I was blocked like I was the one who's done something wrong.Have a look at the pic

Today i got my navel piercing done and i had a great experience. The guy there was a professional. He get it done with just a little pain but in seconds and also charged me a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service 10/10Thank you steel beauty.

Nose piercing-3rd time doing it over the years and the best experience of all 3. Did first in Chennai, India, 2nd in Connecticut, USA, last here. I was unlucky with circumstances as to why first two piercings didn’t work out. Steel Beauty is the QUICKEST AND LEAST PAINFUL AND HEALED THE FASTEST. Had it done on the day of my return flight to New York. So pleased I did it. Highly recommend.

Went in for a nose ring and was told they didn't have it in stockLooked myself and found it!Went back a couple months later for the same one, only to be told its impossible I brought it from there.Was very rude and almost made me feel like I was crazy. I have the day and time and pictures of when I brought the nose ring yet the man insisted I didn't buy it from thereI've been going to steel beauty for for almost 15 years and I don't know who has taken over now but the customer service is astonishing in addition to the fact they don't know their stock. Sad to say I won't be going there again
