Fabulous half day kayaking. We were five adults who’d never kayaked before, and we had a great time! The weather was so changeable that we had to wait until the hour before departure to know if it was on - but the communication was faultless and in the final moments the weather was on our side and we were taken to coves, saw seals, oyster catchers, ate seaweed, swam and jumped into the blue lagoon, finally kayaking back to shore in torrential rain - it was brilliant! Highly recommend kayaking with MUUK Adventures.

Had a fantastic time coasteering and kayaking with Harvey, Ollie and Leo. The instructors made us feel safe at all times and we loved the local knowledge about the sea, area and wildlife. Staff are polite and made the activity challenging and fun for all ages young and old. My kids loved jumping into the Blue Lagoon. Would highly recommend.

We all really enjoyed our first sea kayaking experiance with Jeff around the Bay of Abereiddy. It included exploring caves and negotiating rocks, looking for spider crabs and seals (which we did spot) and canoeing into the blue lagoon where we all (eventually) jumped in! Highly recommend the trip.

We had a great time coasteering with our 13 and 11 year olds. All kit was provided, the guides were excellent (thanks Ollie and Evie), and there was a good variety of rock scrambling, jumping and swimming. We worked our way around the coast at Abereiddy Beach before finishing at the Blue Lagoon. Would highly recommend, and seems to be much better value than other providers in the area.

Evie, Ayisha and Harvey were all amazing, myself and my daughters did coasteering and kayaking and we had a great time. Nothing was too much trouble and MUUK was noticeably cheaper than some of the other companies who had offices on the Main Street. I’m glad we chose MUUK as when we were there I couldn’t see a difference in the service as the other companies were all doing the same tours at the same time.

Fantastic well organised swim event at Little Haven. Despite challenging sea conditions I felt safe at all times. They were as supportive of those of us at the back as the people who were properly racing at the front. Would definitely recommend their events - a great way of challenging yourself in a really enjoyable way

Excellent afternoon Kayaking under the instructions of Harvey. Despite the wind we all really enjoyed it. Harvey was very patient with us and full of great knowledge of the area. He even helped my two children jump off the cliffs at the blue lagoon safely. Would definitely recommend MUUK Adventures and our instructor Harvey.

We had a great first time experience coasteering. Harvey was a great instructor and he gave me confidence to do the jumps. It was so much fun. My husband (60 yrs)and myself (59) agreed we’d love to do it again. Try it….We’re pleased we did!

The kayaking experience was fantastic but scary at times! The wind swept us to the sea & my daughter and I got stuck by the rocks at one point. Luckily Evie (the instructor) attached a rope to our double kayak & escorted us to the shore! Evie was fantastic & calm and handled the trip with true professionalism & expertise - she is a credit to your company! I would recommend the trip to all - but I would probably not allow small kids (under 12) in windy conditions - they are not much help on a double kayak!
