Didn't have what I wanted. Not sure if I would go back.

Not being of the generation born with iPhone in their mouths, I always feel trepidation when faced with the choice of a phone upgrade. Bot Stuart and Sean were so patient, friendly, and full of expert advice that I felt in safe hands, and reassured about the choices I made. Their enthusiasm is palpable and quite catching. Full marks for excellent service, I wish all shopping experiences were as positive as this.

Although i personally didn’t come to this shop. Bryce was working in the cumbernauld shop and was actually the most helpful member of the team for not being based in that branch. The cumbernauld staff told me it was an issue with my sim and were extremely patronising when trying to sort the issue. The next member of staff told me it was my data and laughed in my face at the amount i use (not that it’s any of the guys business but i don’t think he knew the meaning of social life). When i went in today Bryce done all he could to help resurrect the issue. Exceptionally good at the customer service side of the role and so so helpful. Maybe the cumbernauld staff could take a tip or two.

I would like to take a moment to commend Emma in the Three Shop on Falkirk High Street. We visited today to consider changing our contracts. Emma was very customer-focused. By that I mean that she listened to what we needed; explained our options to us clearly; answered our questions; and helped us to make savings and the right decision for us....one of our requests. Throughout she was professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. She also did her job with humour. Very much appreciated your excellent approach Emma. Thank you. You are the face of the company and today we chose to stay with Three because of the excellent service we got from you.

Check online offers/plans before you decide to visit and upgrade your contract! I have been with 3 for over 7 years. upgraded to Iphone 14 , 2 years plan for a £60.00 a month, a special deal for a loyal customer , to find out following day , that anyone can get the same phone same allowance and save almost £140.00 on 2 year plan.

Extremely helpful. Kevin, the Manager goes out of his way to assist with all questions and issues.Easily accessible on High Street.Great deals for personal or business.

Have never had such a good experience in a phone shop. Feels strange saying that, but I feel I must comment. Stuart was amazing, and he has fully restored our faith in H3G. Many many thanks, and keep up the great work.
