Just a little warning.Be careful when you buy something from this store, make sure they are original brand and not replicas.I tried to buy a JBL speaker but I quickly realized that the 2 that were shown to me were not originals, just cheap replicas.

They work on commission so will try to offer the least amount as possible, do your homework First and see how much your item is being sold for on a few sites so you have something to barter with them as they will generally offer half of half of its new value

THIEFS STOLE £255.99 accepted my payment online and then refused to ship my product or refund me and are trying to deny my payment being made though my bank has confirmed the payment has been made in full and they accepted it

Simon is a very moody and rude manager . He shouldn't be doing this job. I will never go back to buy in cash converters again because of his customer service. Really poor and offensive .

This place is a joke, they give terriblely low prices for cash, this shop is the worst shop ever ive been inn! also staff are very thick and don't give fair prices and can't even pass messages on! Just rip you off as best as they can....... not even worth a star.... shocking customer services also."

I ordered an item from their Webshop, the item was well priced and arrived early. Only a few negatives to say. The item was quite dusty, in the ports mainly, and there was some damage to the corner of the item which I believe should have been mentioned in the item description. The item works perfectly and I haven't had any issues the week I have used it.

Great place if you need to buy/sell or even (pawning in your goods/items and it Depends on your items/goods on what sort of money you will get).....Pawning in your goods/items has a (4 week/28 days) time scale on it for you to get your goods/items back...... But if you haven't got the money to reclaim your items/goods on the day at the end of the (4 weeks/28 days) you have an option for them to keep your items/goods for another (28 days/4 weeks) if you pay the fee on which they provide to you......

Unfortunately very bad experience. On the phone call I’ve been told Microsoft Surface tablet is fully working without any issues. After 50 min journey from different city for collection , when I was testing tablet there was a section when touch screen wasn’t working. Waste of time and money. I definitely do not recommend

Completely useless. Ordered from their webshop, had the console sent out from this store. Console arrived and the disc tray was broken. Would avoid buying from this company and store at all costs unless you want to be ripped off by them.
