My sons wedding was fantstic at the church

This is a very good place to visit. It is a very popular place when there are events that take place here. It is certainly very clean and tidy and popular with the locals.

Excellent place of worship, friendly, very nice vicar, caring and joyful at the christening,

Went to this gorgeous church last Sunday, the 1st impressions from the outside the building looked only small, but stepped in what I can call Dr Who's Tardis, it was that big.The church was really modern in decor.The church was nearly full by me and my other family members came in to celebrate the Golden Wedding Renewment Of Vows.When we came into church we were met very friendly welcomes giving out the order of service and hymn books. And you could tell it was a really friendly place with lots of families present and lots of children.The service was good and the Very Special moment in the service when he announced to the Congregation of a Special Occasion being celebrated he called my relatives to the Alter at the front, prayed for them 1st, and then the renewment ov Vows, he prayed again for their marriage and asked for an applause, which with plenty of applause and shouts, just like an encore, was really nice special and touching especially my relatives themselves.After the service having refreshments, with many people coming in afterwards from church, the place was really friendly with many people coming over to see my Golden Couple to offer their congratulations, including the ministers, who came over down to earth, friendly, chatty, and out going.And made the day extra special for Golden Couple and Congregation family members and there to watch it and celebrate with them, and the weather from gorgeously hot and not a cloud in the sky, added to the day.

Children's birthday party.Easy hire, facilities great.Big bunch of children running around, music from a PA and on a bouncy castle not ruining a house is always a great plan!

Great! Here for a christening and was lovely.Was a lovely fun service.

Well placed community hall in Torrisholme next to Church of the Ascension, on Nos 1 & 100 bus route. Large hall & other medium/smaller halls, plenty of tables & chairs & kitchen. Car park, regular activities during the week.
