Lostock Gralam (St. John) Church

A village church with a vicar that runs 2 churches. I spoke to several residents and they were all disgusted with the graveyard. They used to have 14 people keeping the grave yard but now one lone man does his best. One resident cuts the grass round his wife’s grave and this next to it. The rest even on new graves is in a bad state and you find it hard to walk around graves as its like a field.I saw dogs off the lead running around. Old graves are ignored I am 74 and found it hard to walk round safely. This need urgent attention a lot of people visit churches trying to trace their families now and its just mot safe. Not a single resident was happy about the grave yard
