Very poor service, paid just under £1400 for 2 lounge units we were advised that they could be wall hung or placed on the floor, when they were delivered they came with no provision to place on the floor as they didn't come with legs like the sample on display in the shop. They agreed to make some legs for us, we waited about a month when we contacted them they said they had been busy. Another 3 months on and we have heard nothing. I have now found out these units are of chipboard construction not what I think is £1400 worth.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The quality of the furniture is outstanding and looks amazing in the newly built extension. Nigel was brilliant from point of sale, Dave and the team of fitters were excellent on the scheduled delivery day. The experience with them was so hassle free that after having a shambolic service from Sofology (in which they dropped our sofa, awful customer service and a general CBA attitude) I have purchased a new sofa from Leather by Design and they have even been good enough to loan me one while its being made. I will definitely be recommending LBD to my friends and family. The whole ethos of the business is fab.

Great items and even better prices.looked at and in most big retailers for my items nothing i liked.poped in here and what can i say got what i wanted at half price of big stores.nice people great service fantastic outlet more than helpfull can only give them 5 stars not enough , go take a look here first you will be surpised

From start to finish fantastic service… went into store a couple of months ago staff were extremely helpful (not pushy) and nothing was too much trouble, kept me posted with delivery dates etcDelivery service was above and beyond, the two gentlemen set up the sofa super quick and were very polite and courteous. Drivers were very mindful not to hit/scratch anything and left my room tidy.Very very happy customer!Thank you LBD

A very interesting place with a very friendly welcome. Not the cheapest place but you pay for quality and they definitely have that. Might be returning sometime as they can make some items as you would like them. A big thumbs up
