One Friday was going to have fish and chips I was 4th in the line the first gentleman had 2 fish the woman in front of me had the 3rd fish I asked for fish and chips was told would be another 20 minutes before fish was ready they only do 3 at a time. And I'd say that's their best seller on a Friday very bad service

For a great night out, this is my go-to place. Clean, very well organised, and most of the time, great food at a good price. The staff work very hard to keep all customers happy and they are all very happy and eager to help in any way. Recently refurbished, so the seats are now comfortable, which is great. It looks really good in there now, very modern.

Went on a Friday night. £19 for all the books which I thought was great value. Love this place. Wonderful staff. They gave electronic bingo too, ( big change since I went in the 90's ). Great bar and food.

First time I have ever been to play bingo ever but we were staying very close so decided to give it a go...we used the tablets as it would have been difficult to keep up with the calling of the numbers. The place is really pleasant and huge and extremely clean and there was a very good atmosphere. This was a Tuesday night so it was a night with lots of special offers. There is a bar and a buffet cafe and a coffee bar and the food prices were very reasonable and there were plenty of staff..we just about managed to keep up with the rapid calling of the numbers...and the games and the staff were willing to help...and worked hard...

Lovely day at Castle today. Member Free Chrismas Dinner and Christmas Pudding which was Delicious and A Gift Of Christmas Tea Towel or Selection box for each member.I didn't win today but had a lovely afternoon. Thank you Castle Bingo Staff

Come most Thursdays and sometimes lucky. Love the laid back feel of the place but since the introduction of the ecubs, I think it has become very noisy. Food is also very hit and miss, although when available, it's usually good just very slow. Too many games on the table bingo tho and not enough change givers.
