Always on my back. I paid a bill before going away, and now need more from which I don't have until payday. I have had enough of this company, wanting all the time. Never anyone to chat to when needed. Vodafone never gives you a chance to save after holiday and always WANT money. I can't afford it.

beware. appalling waits for tech help. Refusal to talk to you unless you have full digital bits. cannot get full bits. they suggest go back to shop. 240miles. they say they do not have complaints dept. Hour 2... Part 2...90mins on phone today. Great kit appealing phone help.

Condescendingly informed I don't know how much data I use- I've been on the same plan with another network for two years, receive a text every 30 days telling me how much data is rolling over (I.e, I have not used) and have never ran out. Was eventually pressured into a contract I didn't want and was glad when it couldn't go ahead due to not accepting a building society card. Went to EE and had the polar opposite experience. I wouldn't correct your staff members about their own lives, don't do the same to customers its incredibly rude and condescending.

The best service one can ever have. So cooperative staff. God bless you all. They are very hard working and do their jobs very well. They are quite patient to listen to the needs of people and cater to them accordingly.

I thought that the comments related to ignoring customers, even when the representatives were sitting idle, were exaggerated because it seemed unprofessional to not attend your customers who waited in queue for more than half hours.But, those comments became true today when I experienced the same today at this branch myself. Three representatives became free and were sitting idle, and didn't bother to attend to the customers who had been waiting. I left after complaining when another walk-in customer was bypassed and attended, giving preference over the customers who had been waiting.

Been waiting over an hour to be seen to get laughed in my face by staff who claimed they never said the things they have said! Very poor customer service, staff laughs in your face when you don't understand something and just makes you feel ridiculous when you have questions. They keep telling you to come back another day and another day with no response to your queries. Avoid at all cost!!!

Extremely slow service, the customer service guys gets up and wonder around for 15 minutes before they take the next customer. Expect the average waiting time to be 45 minutes. How a profit making company manage the same efficiency as your local council baffles me
