Leaving a review as I have now moved to another GP due to moving out of London. The Good Practice have been absolutely wonderful to me in terms of assisting me with my hormone replacement therapy, vaccinations and other appointments. Their nurses are very friendly and getting in contact with them is very efficient.Only complaints I could say were that often times I would have to book blood tests on specific days as the nurse wasn't always using the room with the bed in there, and I do require a bed due to being prone to fainting.Besides that, I think this GP lives up to their name, and if I ever move back to London I would definetely register again with them!

I would love to give 5 stars but My review comes with a warning:Ironically the only “good doctor” that isn’t so good is the lead practice, J. Hammond, an arrogant and dismissive Doctor, completely and shockingly lacking in manners. I have been a victim of his behaviour and do my best to avoid him and encourage others to do the same unless they want to be medically neglected and humiliated. The lead practice is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars.I am beyond grateful for the most kind receptionists and all the other hard working doctors, like Doctor Geddes and his co-workers, including the pharmacist.I hope you heed my warning, if you decide to come here about Doctor J Hammond, the “lead” practitioner.

I've been a patient for a few months and still very unimpressedI waited on the line for 40 minutes for a same day appointment, and have been given a 9-12 slot. This is pretty ridiculous as people do have other appointments and treatments to go to and there needs to be a better way to tackle this. It's always impossible to reach the clinic by phone. They need to run the phone system better.

I’m writing this because I’m about to leave London and I am really going to miss this GP’s. For me the doctors have always been attentive to mine and my families needs. When our daughter got HUS at 9 months the follow up care when needed was good. I love the fact the receptionists know mine and our two children’s names. I would highly recommend this GP practise.

In 6 months I was never allowed to have a Doctors appointment.I had other 3 appointments booked but every time I showed up I was turned away and told I am not allowed to receive the necessary blood tests or appointment I needed.I took time off work and traveled 3 times, and despite having an appointment booked, I was told I am not allowed to be seen too because the practice had not followed the correct procedure?!?Strongly advice against using this practice.

Only joined this practice in the last 6 months but WOW, what a fantastic team!!! Dr Hammond is extremely nice, understanding and caring and the reception team are lovely. However, after putting off my smear test for 5 years due to nerves I could not have ever asked for a better nurse than Amparo, she put me at complete ease, explained everything to me and basically prevented me from running out the door! Honestly can not thank her enough she is an angel. It should be called the Great practice, thank you for all looking after me! :)

The staff is always very friendly and professional. Easy to get an appointment and they go the extra mile with group activities for their patients. Highly recommend!

This GP used to be great however now it’s only ever a receptionist who will triage you over the phone and tell you to go to A&E.. or refuse to process repeat prescriptions. It’s incredibly dangerous and a waste of everyone’s time for the arrogant receptionists to incorrectly exercise some kind of medical authority. The young man who works on the front desk is very pleasant and helpful in person but unfortunately it appears to be agency staff who don’t know and don’t care what they’re doing over the telephone.. an appear to enjoy being antagonistic.

Shockingly bad GP practice. Ironic name. Was with them for a year and gobsmacked at how bad it was on multiple occasions. Have lived in Chelsea, Tottenham and Shoreditch and this Chelsea one was by far the worst practice of the three. Shockingly resentful manner by the doctors I saw. Was pushed into anti-depressant medication by GP over the phone despite repeatedly insisting I had no depression, to which I then had horrendous reaction to. Have talked to various NHS doctor friends and have Psychology degree myself, so felt compelled to write a review after some thought. Just so thankful I’m not with this practice anymore.
