After a very difficult day and night with our baby, it was great to be able to go and enjoy a newbies showing of Indiana Jones. The staff were really helpful and accommodating, and it was great not having to worry about the baby making a little noise. Newbies showings are a great idea!

Faulty door on screen 7 kept swinging open, allowing light in from the corridor. Staff were aware of the issue but made no attempt to notify customers of the problem. Could easily have been fixed by adjusting the door closure device. In addition, lighting was left on throughout film. Experience spoiled by both issues.

Absolutely amazing, friendly and fun staff. My autistic son doesn't go out often but had been looking forward to the fnaf movie since it was announced. Went to Vue for mario but after seeing the difference in treatment will be odeon all the way from now on. Helpful, kind and just gave a great atmosphere. They did a raffle for mind charity which is close to my heart and was a beautiful cherry on top. Also a wonderful person dressed as foxy, posed for pictures and even joined us in the movie viewing. Was awesome and a night he will never forget. Many thanks

Recently saw a film on Screen 2. The seats are really uncomfortable (the springs had gone, there were tears in the seats badly covered up with tape). There is an aisle down the middle so the prime position for sound cannot be achieved. The seats were at such an angle to the screen so I had to sit twisted in the seat to sit square on to the screen rather than look at the corner. The entrance to the cinema is almost directly under the screen so there is a lot of light spilling on to the screen. Finally, the projector is not at right angles to the screen, so there is a definite parallelogram to the picture with the top of the image much smaller than the bottom. The staff were really good, can't fault them. Very friendly. Sadly the cinema itself lets them down.

Was very quite not sure they get really busy. I had cheap tickets with Vodafone that's why I used it. Staff was very friendly and it was clean and tidy

Watched Oppenheimer and had a large group of people talking loudly, throwing their rubbish, putting their feet up on the seats infront of them and moaning loudly through the whole film.Told staff multiple times what was happening, staff told them to stop but they continued anyway. The manager came up eventually and asked them to leave, they said no and made threats to me saying smash his head in".The manager gave up and left

Sat for a movie in screen 4, which was.the small screen. I pre booked my seats and it was nice to see they were ripped and quite tatty. During the film I had to keep moving on my seat, as the plastic of the ripped seat was digging into my leg. Popcorn was nice though.

Super friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. It was an extremely hot day on our visit, and we were offered cold refreshing water at the reception area, which was available to all customers. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you.

Went to see Oppenheimer yesterday. Old, dated cinema. Very small screen, probably the smallest I've ever seen in a cinema. Seats very tight and packed together, really wasn't much room. Completely dark before film had even started! Nobody could find their seats, everyone had phone torches on searching for rows and seat numbers. Tripping over each other, apologising, people having to stand up and move seats constantly, trying to look for seat numbers which were duct taped on chairs. Not good. Reason for 3 stars is the staff. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Can't fault them at all, Odeon should be proud to have staff like that. Just a shame the cinema is so outdated. If they had a revamp I think it would do so much better, especially being in a prime location!!
