Abysmal service, failed to follow simple requests, awful mediator who was neuro-hostile and then just refused to actually mediate in person.

Disappointing service - particularly admin wise. Mediator was clear and helpful. Can't help wondering if a solicitor might have offered a better, more efficient service. I would not recommend Stepping Stones on the basis of my experience.
