After spending nearly £2000 I was to receive an email confirming the order.i didn't receive anything and had to go back into the shop, the assistant was most unhelpful and did absolutely nothing to reassure me.Later in the day I got the email but you would think you would get a receipt or confirmation letter before leaving the shop especially after spending that amount of money.Really unhelpful person I spoke to at the desk and would definitely think twice about shopping there again

Easy parking and friendly service after a few issues with the website meant I had to buy in store rather than a click & collect service. Stock was in and the Stirling store was well set out with a nice selection of the usual offerings from the electric giant. The biggest problem I found was the turn off from the roundabout was marked well and you had to follow the B & M sign as where you think you enter is further up and not from the forementioned roundabout

Went hear just after Xmas as my son wanted an Android TVWent online and the only place they had them to collect was Falkirk store rest was deliver to store. Staff were helpful. Came away with a 40 inch Android TV for my son's bedroom. Not the top leading brand name of TV but still decent enough and was only £219

Generally you can find the items that are in currys cheaper elsewhere, their warranties are also basically useless, can be good to look at an item and get something quick but that's about it

Not enough staff to deal with customers problems. Waited 40 minutes to be seen. Person who had sold me my tv did not set it up properly. Will not be back here.
