Salim replaced our faulty boiler a few weeks ago and couldn't recommend him enough.He took the time needed to perfect the job and ensure there would be no faults in the future.Salim delivered a great quality of service and was friendly throughout. He's a very professional worker and will get the job done right. What more can you ask for.

Sal came today to service our boiler. He arrived on time. He was very professional and extremely helpful. He did a great job, leaving everything exactly how he found it. Very friendly person. Job well done. Would definitely recommend this company.

I don’t usually write reviews but Salim (Gas Line) a local guy was first recommended by my daughter for whom he had done some work for. We have now used Salim a couple of time to service our boiler and fit a new gas hob. His rates are very reasonable, cheaper than other corporate service providers we have used. He is friendly , experienced and informative providing advice, will not be using anyone else. Highly recommended.

Salim from Gasline attented my house to check as we were not having hot water. On the 1st instance Salim suggested to change the boiler and get a new one from him on finance without having a look at anything else even though our Valiant boiler is only 4 years old. Then he suggested to change the zone valve and quoted us £90 for the part and £60 for fitting. When he came to fit the part we confronted him about the part as its £40/50 everywhere. Salim said the company where he gets his parts from charged £90. As you can see on the picture attached it says on the box £49.99 and we called the company Gas Parts Direct who said £50 for the part. We said we will order our own part and you can come fit it. Once the new part arrived we tried to contact him for fitting but he advised he’d be happy if we found another engineer. Secondly once we got another engineer they advised that the wiring was a mess and hadn’t been finished properly. So just a heads up for everyone who will use Salim for future.Its a bit of shame as he does have good reviews.

Salim was brilliant! Would recommend to anyone and will defiantly be using him again, he came at short notice and knew what the problem was straight away, he already had the part that was needed and serviced our boiler with a very professional touch, he talked me through everything that was wrong and what he was doing step by step, also very fairly priced!

I highly recommend Salim and Gas Line, he is incredibly professional, polite and is very passionate about the work he undertakes. Salim recently installed a brand new boiler with a 10 year warranty in my home after my old one failed.At every stage of the installation he ensured I was informed and updated about progress and passed on lots of helpful advice about my new system, it’s maintenance and ways to make it more cost effective.My installation included moving the boiler from a back bedroom into the loft. Salim ensured that all the options were presented to me before work began and explained everything in detail so I could make an informed decision.

Salim came and diagnosed the problem with my boiler,ordered the parts and came on a Saturday afternoon to finish the job,he did a very good job,trustworthy and very friendly guy,I will be using him again,highly recommended.

Called salim as boiler had been leaking. Water damage. Previous engineer from another company advised multiple parts needed replacing and it was way over my budget. however I wanted 2nd opinion.Salim attended the same day as boiler has not been working for past 4 days. Salim spend time diagnosing the issue property to get to the bottom of the problems and only one part was required which was the gas valve. Nothing else needed to be changed. Salim came back with the part next day and they has fixed the boiler. He has provided nowhere advise and no messing around and he was very genuine with his advise and service and got my boiler fixed within my budget. Could not ask for more. Excellent and honest service provided by Salim.

Called Salim had a problem with the boiler. Came within that day, diagnosed the problem within minutes and then repaired it after few days. What a service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use him again. Kindest and nicest trade person i've ever come across.
