Absolutely in love with my external doors provided by Gowercroft Joinery. I was finally able to replace the horrid PVC ones that were in originally and had become really awkward over time. We've had these doors in for just over a year now and had no problems with them.

Gowercroft stepped in when we were let down by a previous supplier. The whole team are responsive, thoughtful and extremely professional. They provide excellent customer service and an excellent product.We couldn’t be happier with our new front door - it’s solid, air tight and stylish. The fitters did a great job paying superb attention to detail. Everyone we came across at Gowercroft, from the MD to the accounts team, the surveyors and build team to the fitters demonstrated the same friendly attention to detail and desire to do an excellent job. Thank you!

I have been pleased with the quality and appearance of the doors and windows we chose for our new Georgian style house in Surrey. However we did have a long delay in delivery, blamed on a vital spare part from Italy: ironically our friends who had also used Gowercroft had the same delay blamed on the 'Italian Problem' the previous year, which is such a co-incidence!We were also amazed that although we had two doors and Juliet balcony doors, we were provided with ONE universal key for the whole house and when I enquired, I was told I could BUY more keys...... this after spending about £40,000 on my order. The smooth talking Sales Manager assured me that these keys would give me insurance for theft - I already have house insurance thank you! He made every obstacle in my way possible and refused point blank to provide more keys.For the overall after sales attitude, I am giving 2 stars only.

Very disappointing and slow service fromGowercroft. We had a catalogue of issues from botched silicon, visible plugs, scratched glass and badly fitted windows and a badly fitting door which they very reluctantly replaced. We had various remedial works carried out but ultimately we are disappointed with the quality of the product and the aftercare service. We had many emails and phone calls ignored. We are concerned about the quality of the product as chips are already appearing and rainwater sits on the sills. Subsequently, we've had 2 sash windows fitted through another company and wished we’d have used them from the start. We will not be using them for our orangery.

Gowercroft have recently supplied and replaced all the windows in our property, a barn converted in the 1990s; the existing wooden windows were substantially rotten. We considered aluminium or plastic replacements, but having visited Gowercroft and seen their products, we decided on timber. We researched other potential suppliers, but the Gowercroft range stood out, both technically and for quality.No matter how good the product, the standard of installation is vital and Gowercroft did not disappoint; the attention to detail by the installation team was exceptional. We are delighted with the end result and would recommend Gowercroft unreservedly.

Gowercroft Joinery fitted 5 new doubled glazed sash window and they are fantastic.The whole process was fully explained and the installation team were incredible, skilled, competent, polite, and tidy.I would 100% recommend this company. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for – buy cheap by twice !

I recently placed an order for wooden windows from a company who took a large deposit from me and within a few short weeks declared bankruptcy. I was fortunate that Gowercroft the manufactures for Hardwicks contacted me and tried to resolve the position I found myself in. I visited their manufacturing unit and was given a tour round in order for me to make an informed decision before going ahead with my order. I was very impressed by their openness and the the quality of their work. I now have the windows and am delighted to say that every aspect of my dealings with Gowercroft has been a pleasure. The window are beautifully made and the installation was swift and pain free much to my delight. I have no hesitation in recommending the Company and those who work for them.
