The customer service was good up until I watched her peel off a £5 price tag when I said I was interested in some mugs so she then charged me £9.99 I decided to ignore this as I was in a rush and in no need to argue over £4.99 but then I got home after an hour one of the balloons looked like it had been up for weeks. After looking it was not actually sealed properly on one side so he had only a 3 not a 2 u can see by the other balloons that it was just bought.

Ordered some 16th birthday balloons. They were beautiful. Reasonably priced. Really well done. Team was really helpful. They delivered them to my door when I realised they would not fit in my car. Highly recommended.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered Mother’s Day balloons for collection from the Elm Park store, was called the following day and told that the Elm Park store would be closed so they were offering customers either delivery (could not give a time, I was due to be in and out on the day offered) or I could collect from the Dagenham store. I asked for a refund and was told that was fine. 2 weeks later I am yet to receive the refund - I have had to get the payment reversed via my bank because of this.

Never again.Really disappointing how bad customer service can make such an impact- I will never be back in the shop again. Could be so much better if they had staff with a small amount of service experience or training.I am 37 weeks pregnant, made a click and collect order for one balloon to the retail store in Dagenham. The staff had no record of the order and kept talking about the wholesalers being closed. Stood for 45 mins, no apology or offer for seat or to cancel my order and to redo it. I really regret not just walking out and giving up on my order. They were so rude and unhelpful - seemed to be put out about my presence. I asked if I could just cancel the order - they couldn’t figure it out. There was a short haired blonde woman working there who came across really sharp and wouldn’t speak to me directly… really wierd experience.Next time il be more than happy paying double somewhere else with prompt and friendly service

I order all my balloons from the PartyBox and they are amazing every time. Friendly staff and affordable prices. Would 100% recommend!
