Alittle nervous after reading negative reviews. But I had such a great day!! Prices much cheaper than merlin theme parks , not overly fancy but clean and just what you need for a nice day out. Smallish theme park, all rides next ti each other which is great don't have to walk around too much to get to the next ride, it was a Saturday in summer holidays and not much ques apart from the log flume. Nice grass areas and benches to have lunch, few soft plays dotted around. And most importantly FREE PARKING!!My daughter went on a total of 10 rides.

Just got back from a 2 Day 1 night stay. After reading the reviews the night before we was leaving, I have to say that I was very worried about my little holiday!BUT. . . . We have had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with our little girl who is 3.5! From start to finish!Staff are friendly & helpful, park & accommodation was clean, que times for summer Holidays I thought was brilliant (no longer than a 20 minute que) (some rides about 5 mins queing)!Going to our accommodation there was Buck’s Fizz on arrival. In our accommodation there was tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, towels and even shower gel dispenser on the wall! I think it’s amazing the way they use the space to their advantages! (We stayed in a Dino den). Dinner was lovely, came out well presented too with all condiments available! Brought a couple of alcoholic drinks price very reasonable! Entertainment for kids from 6-9 jam packed! Kids fire pit with marshmallows was a nice touch too! Breakfast was all good, took our cups of coffee down with us (no problems). I would just like to finish by saying had I not of had to return to work tomorrow, we would most definitely had asked to stay another night if accommodation was available as our little girl loved it so much she asked not to go home, please one more night! (This was our whole reason for going)! One little girl who truly has had an unforgettable time! We will 100% be rebooking (hoping to take nannie next time).

The Land of Lights was amazing. It is so clever, a must for all the family to see this Christmas. We all loved it ❤️

We did an overnight stay at Lodge.Lodge: Loved the surroundings, the atmosphere, the cabin. Went with a friend and his family so thought when booking we'd be side by side but this wasn't the case. However, we were three cabins away so wasn't too bad. Our main issue was the toilet/shower which we had to get the maintenance man in. We felt disgusted using the toilet/shower after seeing the shower drain overflow with previous mess (dirt, hair) but soldiered on as it was only for a night. The cabin itself was nice and comfortable with TV, fridge, microwave, kettle and spacious fir 6 of us. Note, it was advertised as having space for 6 using fold out sofa which we didn't use due to the hassle.Gullivers Land Theme Park: Having a 12 yr old autistic child, a 13 yr old and 5 yr old, loved it. Plenty of rides and things for kids to do. It wasn't overcrowded and the SEN provision was amazing. Staff were engaging and supportive with those with SEN/Disability access passes. Food wasn't great and quite expensive but you expect this.Dinosaur Land: Kids loved it. They were intrigued with the Dinosaurs, enjoyed the few rides there, loved the reptile section (lizards, snakes, tarantula's), the climbing wall and also - the cuddle corner where they held the rabbits and also saw the sheep, cows, lama, pony's etc.Overall - very enjoyable experiance and would defo recommend.

This is lovely park with many rides and fun things to do for kids as well as adults. The queues were about 30 mins average on each ride which allowed us to do most of the rides only once. Would have been better if park hours were slightly longer especially as its summer time. Also, we had a bad experience on one of the rides where we waited for almost an hour in the queue only for the ride to stop working when it was our turn. I think it was hard luck but I hope they do regular maintenance of rides so customers are not affected by it.Overall, I would recommend visiting the park at least once if you are in the area.

It’s an absolute gem for families with young children. We had an unforgettable visit filled with excitement and laughter. The park offers a wide variety of rides and activities that are perfect for kids, making it a delightful and reasonably priced day out. Spending the night in one of their themed cabins was a great choice for our trip, it added an extra layer of fun to our adventure. The entertainment provided was top-notch, and we were thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Gulliver's Land Theme Park exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to visit again.

We took our son for his 2nd birthday and his siblings aged 13 and friend aged 10, they all had a fantastic day. All of them had lots of fun but I would say that it is best suited to children 3-11 the most. They did all have a great time though.

It was amazing they have entertainment for the children my two boys loved it, the restaurant on site the food isn't great BUT the staff are wonderful and accommodating they was super friendly with my two boys who love to chat to people!! There was a lovely lady doing the disco who again had the patience of a saint !I had a issue with the room I was given ( no issue of the resort I booked a room that was to small) without a blink of an eye the resolved it in less than 60 seconds !The boys can't wait to return and neither can I!!!Highly recommend!

Mix reviews for me and my partner, we booked a 3 night stay, but to our suprise, we were taken back by the presentation at Wild West's room. We noticed it being a converted storage container with extortionate heat, damp smell, and average cleaning. The pictures looked deceiving with back windows not fully opening due to the shrubs. Basically, no views 'claustrophobic'. We decided to change to avoid any heat strokes indoors and chose to go to a mini lodge that was available. Looking good as you walk by but as we went in, cleaning was below average, a constant sewage smell passing from the toilet into the main room and the sink was out of service which left us washing our hands, face, brushing our teeth etc in the basin at the kitchen. The shower had no curtains, water was going everywhere. Around the bed floor, dirt/mould, dust,  very dirty to a point of neglect. However, the bedsheets were the ONLY part cleansed, which we slept through. To more disappointment, most staff lacked customer service except reception and night staff. The others were all looking like they were not bothered. One in particular,'Chef' at the kitchen with an appauling attitude to a point, she made our appetite drop and get a refund during breakfast. Need training! Our money difference was not reimbursed for the 'downgrade'. For what we paid, nowhere near for its worth but couldn't afford to spend more so we stayed for most of the day!Positives:The Guillvers restaurant is basic but does have Costa's coffee on site. Kids' movie night daily, play area, games area, paint/crafts room, and theme land next door. The large lodges have lovely areas of walks amongst nature etc.If you want a better tidy/clean stay as a couple or with family/kids with the theme park, be sure to book nothing less than the large lodges and not the mini shacks.Check what days theme park is OPEN!There is a Premier Inn Hotel across the resort. Reasonable rates and morning breakfast served at 9.99pp in front of Willen Lake/Park!Willen Lake Park has 3 restaurants big Lake kids splash area electric bike hiring long walks to an interesting point of view.We didn't have a good start due to staff but this place is potential on location etc and so many things to do!

We booked early on line for the half term week and took our grandchildren, aged 5 and 3 years. They absolutely adored the experience and so did we! Would definitely go again.
