Went in to get a stock item at 7am Friday. Staff polite and helpful.

We have our Fiat-based motorhome serviced here. Good service, friendly and helpful staff.

Reading the negative reviews I can see why they are there I've never know such bad service,don't expect anyone to call you from garage because they don't you can't leave a message as it says voice mail box full.They have had our motorhome since June it is now July 29th and still haven't got it back.They finely called today to say the welding can't be done till August 21st this is an absolute joke,we even had to order a part from ebay ourselves. I have lost £200 for a holiday I had to cancel at the last minute left it to late to get money back thinking motorhome would be ready.We have also lost all summer to go away I'm absolutely disgusted with the service we have received.Its been one excuse after the other

It is extremely rare for me to.give a negative review. I do not do so lightly. My Fiat Ducato van has been in this garage for over 4 months! I am told it needs a starter motor. No one ever communicates to keep me informed with progress. Each time I ring or call in, I am given some ridiculous excuse. I am told they will.call me back and it just doesn't happen! I will go so far as to say that I have been deceived and fobbed off with untruths. None of my friends can believe how awful has been the way I have been treated with such disrespect. The van is a motor home conversion and we have missed the whole of the summer. I have been extremely patient and not raised my voice once. I tried to speak to the general manager - he is hidden away, unreachable. I look forward to a pleasant response such as those who give five stars receive. Please don't ask me to contact the garage again to see a way forward. YOU CONTACT ME.

Had an issue with my camper, and these guys just jumped in to help without charging a fortune. Very friendly, very quick, and really helpful and informative. I am not a local, but would consider coming back here!! Thanks everyone, you are diamonds.

Been trying to contact them but get told Ansamachine full? Also left two web contact messages.But nobody comes back and cannot speak to anyone. Shocking awful service.

Serviced and completed the MOT on our motorhome. Also completed other work for us on the last visit. Helpful bunch, great coffee in reception!

Don't wait for a call back because it just doesn't happen, had to take time out of work to call in personally to find out whether my motorhome had been repaired. I was calling all week two or three times a day to find out what was happening.

1 and 2 star are a bit harsh even though deserved because of the lack of service of care for the customer , still waiting over 2 months for vc5 to arrive and nothing has been done ev en though chasing by phone to them, now having to pay to get a new one issued, after spending a lot of money, disgusting behaviour really, wouldn't have purchased a vehicle from here if known this is how they treat paying customs considering they wouldn't have a business without us. Not happy.
