Howdens - Leyland

Not sure that this is the correct photo for Howdens Leyland. Their kitchen cupboards are delivered pre built and glued. They seem good quality. The design process and subsequent fitting identified some errant information. There were issues with some hob sizes and quartz surfaces which were inconsistent.Howdens DO NOT fit the kitchens, so you'll have to find a good fitter, plumber and electrician.Staff were always polite but quick to point out where there responsibility ended.There were WC facilities available but these weren't accessed.

The assistant manager ste is a wealth of knowledge, always goes out of his way to help.

I recently contacted Howdens for details on replacing my kitchen. I was immediately offered a home visit and two very good brochures were sent out to me.A kitchen designer called James Foley came round to discuss my options but as I already knew it wouldn’t be a massive change because of the shape of my kitchen. He helped me with options of colour as I knew the style of doors. I talked through the cupboards which were difficult for me to access and he gave me some brilliant options with different styles of interiors for easier use. All in all when the design was emailed over with only a couple of minor changes I was very happy. I also went with all my kitchen appliances being included.I was then invited into the store to view when I changed the sink and worktop colour and one of the cupboards having glass in. Paid deposit and kitchen delivered Friday after balance paid over phone. All very streamline including the social distancing. Well done Howdens and James

What a difference a change in branch can make! After an awful experience at a different branch, we can't rate Leyland staff highly enough! Thank you for all your advice and support. Can't wait to get started on our project now!

It's not often I leave reviews, only when they're very good or in this case very bad.It's a long read for which I apologise but please read if you intend to purchase standard doors" with honeycomb construction.I recently purchased 7 internal pre-primed Linear doors at a discounted cost to me of £800. I chose Howdens as a reputable brand name assured me of being supplied with a product of quality and being fit for purpose.However
