Incomplete service, I went for stain removal on a silk blazer, they delivered a half done job.. the blood stain was removed but they CLEARLY did not even pay attention at the rest of the stains… it’s like they couldn’t even be bothered to look…. Waste of money for what was delivered in the end…..Average quality for what was delivered in the end. I recommend trying a different service first. It will be cheaper for you and might get better results.Ps: they cover themselves saying “this garment has received the best possible attention” but you can clearly see they could have done better.
