I would highly recommend coming to see Magda at Body and balance! If you’re suffering with back problems, you will feel so much better for having a massage, I feel so much better and calmer every time I go! I regularly come for a massage and each time I look forward to the next time I visit! Overall I would highly recommend Body and Balance to anyone.

Magda was great.I have tried Magda’s deep tissue massage on 2 occasions now, and both times have been great! She really gets in to tight areas and manipulates the muscles well. This has help with my scar tissue build in my hamstrings. Over the last few weeks I have felt like my body in refreshed. Thanks Magda

Three weeks of seriously intense house decorating so I can sell. Followed by two weeks of work which is quite physical I was in pain.Saw Magda three times before my next tranche of work. Now in my fourth week and I feel so much better than I did. Even after four weeks of work. But I will need to see her again when I get home. My body needs it.

Amazing deep tissue/sports massage! Magdalena is very knowledgeable and uses her years of experience to deliver an exceptional massage. My girlfriend and I are now regulars - I go for deep tissue/sports massage and my girlfriend goes for the relaxation massage. Highly recommend!
