I have been using LWD for over a year, LWD has always delivered my water on time.. They put my bottles in a safe place and when l occasionally forget to put the empties out, they let me know they will pick them up next time. Best bit about LWD is l have never met the delivery man as l am a night worker. I put the order in Monday, its delivered Tuesday EASY AS THAT.

We have used LWD's service (cooler rental and fortnightly drinking water deliveries) for our residence since summer of 2020. Not only are Ricky and his team super friendly, they are very reliable and responsive. I have never experienced any issues, which says a lot these days. We highly recommend you give Ricky a call if you are looking for great quality and tasting drinking water and a quick, friendly and reliable team to serve you.

Be very careful with this company, and if it's your existing water supplier, I would strongly suggest you do a water quality test. I had a water quality test and both water dispensers failed, they were very high on bacteria. I've had to discontinue the use of dispensers until they are sanitized and asked to replace the dispensers for an upgraded version, to which they sent us used dispensers again. I challenged this, and asked them for the annual sanitizing report, after asking 3 times, Ricky, whom I believe is the director, felt threatened by me asking for the reports, and decided to discontinue our contract, and asking for the dispensers to be collected the next day, not giving us room until we find alternative supplier, but very rudely, said that he can, and he will leave our business without drinking water! I don’t believe that they did the sanitizing of the dispensers for very long time.Very rude, unprofessional company – STAY AWAY from them, or risk providing contaminated water to your staff.
