Newbery Plumbing Services completed a full bathroom refit on our buy to let Victorian Terraced property. The property is let to professional people so a high standard of workmanship and finish was required, whilst working to a budget.Simon undertook the whole project from sourcing of all materials and architecture; ripping out of old sanitary ware, wall tiles and flooring; wall repairs and tiling; and installation of all new fixtures and fitting. This was a great value to me as I was working away for much of the time and needed someone who could not only manage but undertake the whole project. Trying to co-ordinate plumbers, builders and tilers would have been a nightmare but was not required with Simon.Being an old property we encountered many previously hidden issues, mainly due to age but also some dodgy work completed previously. Simon simply liaised with me on every issue, we agreed what to do and he just got on with it. Simon has a simple ethos - do it right and it won't need doing again.The end result looks great and as important for me I know the work was completed to the highest quality standard so that it will stand the test of time, even with the 'robust' usage that multiple tenants will apply.I will be using Newbery Plumbing Services on our next bathroom refit

Very informative even though too busy to do my job for me

Been trying for invoice before Christmas doesn't realy want to give me one as for insurance purposes not very good at communication.
