Lexus Croydon

Fantastic experience. Simon took us for a test drive and explained everything about the car. He was very attentive and nothing too much trouble. Excellent salesman. Needless to say we ordered our new car there and then!

Disappointingly average since Covid. We’ve had our car serviced here over the last 7 years but since Covid it has seriously gone down hill, work not carried out, been told your car would be ready at 5pm to find it’s not even back, making me late for work, to the latest just plain rude! Made even worse by an employee saying they’d look into it and not even getting back. Not what I would expect from a so called premium brand.

We have an incredible experience with Lexus Croydon. From the warm welcome and professionalism, to be completely aware of what to expect and how to get the most of it… a huge thank you to Mark, Steve and Nathine for all their work and making our experience 10 out 10.

Always busy which can't be a bad thing. Simon at aftersales was great at booking me in for tpms sensor reset . 12.15pm booking but didn't get car back fir over 4hrs for a task that is relatively straight forward. But hey my car is fixed back on the road big thanks to Simon and team .

Cars are lovely In fact they are really good and comfortable. I was actually thinking of purchasing a car from them however the after care is not that great, in fact I would be treated much better if I had gone to a Mercedes showroom or an Audi showroom

I feel quite nervous going to a car garage to get the car serviced.  Had a phone call with Peter day before, he put me at such an ease with the process.  Had a warm welcome from Sayid who works at the front desk when I arrived. Definitely feel like Lexus Croydon have mastered customer service. 10/10.  They let me use their pods to do some work while my car is being serviced, they are great to work in.   Feel so happy.  Thank you Lexus Croydon.  Your team is amazing.  Everyone is so friendly and warm. Special mention to Peter and Sayid.

I went into Lexus Croydon for my NX300 100k service . Within two weeks the screen wash was finished but it is listed in the 100k service that this should be filled to full level. Also my key battery was giving a weak signal so this was not replaced either this is also listed to be replaced. The pollen filter was also not changed and no scent was coming out as before. These things I noticed and I am very disappointed i am not a mechanic but I can see the poor quality service done on my vehicle. After a further 10k miles I went to my local mechanic with Lexus original parts for a service. During the service the mechanic had great difficulty in opening the oil filter cover/cap . This was jammed shut. Once he finally managed to open it which resulted in actually damaging the filter cap I order to open it there was an oil sludge residue well over a year old. This is proof that Lexus Croydon did not even bother to open the oil filter because if they had it would not be in this state . I have always had my 10k service from Lexus but i believe that I have been cheated. I paid for for a quality service from Lexus but actually received a sub par shoddy service and when I contacted Lexus Croydon to share my feedback and issues I was not offering any solution or explanation. Instead I was told i must be mistaken. There is no point to paying for a service with Lexus as they don’t even complete what is promised in their breakdown . I have lost my trust in Lexus service completely.
