Does not offer alternative milk options, Also I wanted a ' Hot festive bake' and got the reply ' sorry they are cold' . Twice now have i gone to order a hot/warm snack and its cold. Has put me off buying from this newly local branch.

Placed an order through JustEat today and there must’ve been a glitch which meant a couple of items were missing. Called in and spoke to Georgie who was amazing and sorted it out for us - we order regularly from here. Great service, great way to keep customers coming back. A big thank you from the staff here at Crest Nicholson!

What a fabulous service from two lovely ladies Georgie and Lucy. They work their socks off to serve a large number of customers in a cheerful friendly and helpful way. Please do not keep taking the Marshalswick branch staff away to keep other branches open. We need them in Marshalswick.

Closed at 5:20! I've just driven to the Greggs in town and it's closed and now this one is!!! Update your opening hours so people don't make wasted journeys. Utterly useless.
