Six months owning our Master Spa Michael Phelps 7 Hot Tub and we haven't changed our minds about Hot Tub Superstore. Great service and absolutely fantastic product. The Michael Phelps 7 is a hydrotherapy monster, if you are looking for a really powerful high end therapy hot tub I absolutely recommend this range. I researched hot tubs for about four years, I not an expert but an experienced engineer and I can tell these Master Spa tubs are absolutely solid, the quality is fantastic. I have had a couple of very minor issues such as a faulty spinner jet, struggling to connect the Balboa app and initially getting to grips with water care. However I have found the HTSS very helpful each time, they sent me a new jet without quibble, helped me through connecting to the wifi and are more than happy to spend time on the phone talking through any water care issues. There is one disappointment that I have had and that is the Inline Smart" Filter which I paid quite a bit for

Fantastic service as always.Our Hot Tub is a good few years old so a few bits need replacing. The engineer Paul was excellent, explained everything and saved us £650. Absolutely super company and product!! From the fist call, to customer services to the installation chaps, Jake and Connor (who were superb!), the experience has been amazing. Price was extremely competitive, and the tub, we bought the Bermuda, is very good quality. Best decision we've made. Don't go anywhere else...I researched for ages and struck gold!

After checking out other Hot Tub web sites and visiting a local dealer i decided to make my choice the Hot Tub Superstore.Their web site was very easy to navigate.the product videos where very helpful,all the tub measurements and details plus pricing where easy to work out.I phoned the Hot Tub Superstore to many times that i can remember to ask get answers to my questions, all my worries and fears where laid to rest, unfortunately i could not visit the showroom the phone calls very important for me.I decided finally on the Tornado for me it was everthing i needed in a hot tub i had to delay the delivery twice as i was having the site built patio and gazebo.The delivery day came the installation took about 2hrs everthing was explained fully before they left first class service.The following days i have been enjoying my time in the hot tub after the stress of the working day the hydro therapy jets work really well on the back and shoulders.I know that in the background a phone call away the Technical Team will be there to help me if i have any concerns.I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the team at the Hot Tub Superstore especially the Technical Team who went that extra mile to make my experience a really good feeling. Amazing company, bought my G2 spa 10 years ago, been brilliant, this year needed a new pump, the boys come all the way from Blackpool to sound Wales, just over an hour new pump fitted and away to go. Brilliant service, also ordered some chemicals so back up and running now.Many thanks.

From start to finish, super service! We knew what we wanted after doing much research on tubs, aftercare, costs. We did lots of homework and opted for the Evolution 8. Master Spas and worldwide reviews gave us the confidence we were looking for. Not so much a party tub for us but therapy tub due to too many injuries! It's ideal for both and I find it so relaxing for my aches and pains. Makes a fantastic all round family tub also! Kids love it! We simply love it and even the care and maintenance you do is part of the fun. We had a few teathing issues at first with it all being alien to us but the hot tub superstore helped and guided us the moment we needed them. Super tub, super service, highly recommend!
