Ate here in a Saturday afternoon. There were lots of people eatinf here during that time and just luckily we were able to find a seat. Just don't like that the tables were cleared but they did not wipe it.The price were expensive as well given of what we ordered. We orderedSourdough pizza - tasted goodChipsCeasar salad with chickenIce cream in a coneOverall the food tasted good and the staff at the till was nice.

Had a margarita pizza with my 6 year old. She ended up with severe stomach cramps and I ended up with diarrhoea. Definitely wouldn't eat here again. I had to go back to ask for my cakes as they were not given at the time of payment.

I agree with the comments about the food. A disappointment compared to the T-rex grill at NHM. But the worst things was the innacuracies in the kids menu saying things like space is three times colder than the coldest place on earth"

Had the unpleasant experience of eating the overpriced and very poor food here. For £13.50 + 10% service charge I had a rubbery piece of chicken that was nothing like its southern fried name, a pile of fries and a tiny corn on the cob. Not only was it poorly presented but tasteless. They state that by eating there you're helping the science museum, but this is an outsourced catering company. In reality you're better off buying a sandwich from Pret for a few quid and putting £5 in the donation pot. You'll not only have a better lunch and save money but the museum will be better off too.Alternatively try the Energy Cafe at the entrance, it's cheaper and the food much higher quality.

The location was great it was easy to get to and had a kind of relaxed vibe. Low lighting coupled with crazy unreadable menus that needed to be back lit on the table as a kind of USP was overkill and made it unnecessarily hard for my friend to read.I would suggest including a standard menu as an option. The menu is surprising as it was very expensive and the meals were akin to what you would expect in a McDonald’s.I enjoyed my salad but the burgers were just awful, so bad that the children refused to eat it and that’s saying a lot considering my kids will eat anything “burger” if hungry enough! We did inform staff that there was a problem but they seem to not really care. She did offer the children an ice cream. Frankly we shouldn’t have been charged for the meals.Cardboard burgers & silly unreadable menus, flavour was awful. Overpriced. Would not go back.

Splendid service and quickly served food, we ordered fish n chips and nachos with coke totaling about 30£. The downside, which also explains the quick serving, is that it was all canned food. Except for the fish. Edible all, but too expensive for this kind of quality.

Quite busy and limited food options, at first I thought it was just pizza but they do chips as well. Went to the energy Cafe at the other end of the museum and there were more options and much more seating space there.

**we're American tourists, just hungry for lunch**The burgers are dull, flavorless, and over priced. We got the BBQ pulled pork (10.50) and Cajun Chicken burger (11.95) with sweet potato fries. (3.50)The sourdough bun wasn't good on either burger.I also asked for no coleslaw on mine and it still was put in. The pulled pork itself isn't bad with the BBQ sauce. The Cajun Chicken however holds no flavor. The guacamole is the only thing you can really taste. The chicken doesn't taste seasoned at all. Absolutely boring. The sweet potatoes fries feel like they came from a frozen bag and heated up in the oven and left out to serve to customers.Wouldn't recommend.

Very nice staff - spotted my stick and spontaneously offered to bring me a proper chair so I didn't have to tackle the backless benches. Perfectly nice food, brought promptly, and not bad value for a central London museum. Lots of chicken in my Chicken Caesar Salad, and the apple juice was lovely.

Horrendous service! Inexperienced or just non bothered staff (they all look like demoralised sad people!) … tiny portion of fries and I mean the little cup wasn’t even full! We waited 30 minutes for one portion of fries and one Margherita pizza … they managed to mess up the pizza when we explicitly said NO herbs it came with herbs! So we had to wait even longer! Avoid this place - overpriced less than average food and horrible staff
