A brilliant base for our getaway on North Uist. Perfect in every way including amazing views from every window. Don’t just think about booking, do it, it really is great.

Extremely comfortable accommodation and perfectly situated to explore Uist. A very short drive from the harbour at Lochmaddy and a 5 minutes or so drive to a stunning beach called Baleshare with white sands and blue sea. The views from every room in the house were like a picture postcard. Supermarket was not too far either and there were 2 restaurants within easy distance if you didn’t want to cook at home. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing place to visit, enjoyed my visit thoroughly, and will definitely return. I highly recommend. Scenery is extraordinary and the beaches and unbelievable. Lovely place to stay.

My wife and I shared the cottage with a couple of friends , we found it to be the ideal base to explore the islands . You can call at the local supermarkets on your travels allowing you to use the cottage facilities to self cater . The cottage is both warm and comfortable with views from all the windows which if you are thrilled with nature and the wildlife stops you switching on the TV . Owners family live next door and are therefore on hand if you have any issues , peace of mind .Any queries will gladly try to answer .
