X1 The Plaza

As an owner of a flat in the building I have to say this place is a shambles! The building is of atrocious craftsmanship with leaks and crumbling walls. The main lift hasn’t been working for months on end! The garage door is always bust and left wide open. Bins overflowing with rats everywhere. Don’t get me started on the postal situation. Waiting for the incompetent, rude and disrespectful security guards to turn up on shift to release your packages is so stressful! They ring your doorbell at all times late throughout the night and if you can’t pick up immediately when it suits them they get rude and hang up on you! 11.30pm ringing is not ok! People have families and need to sleep! Just complete disregard. They have attitude problems and think they run the place! You have to work around when it suits them to pick up. Even if you are there waiting at 7pm you are told to come back later half an hour later when it suits them despite the parcel shoot being open! It’s got to the point where I try to get most of my packages delivered for pick up. Stay away from this place if you can!!!

Emma emailed me a viewing time and date and didn’t even bother to return any of my calls or respond. In the middle of a housing crisis when these landlords know people are stressing to find a place they could at least have the decency to respond. Disgraceful.

We are HMC contractors have worked along side X1 for over 2 years Benn and Jessica at the X1 Plaza are fantastic they are extremely knowledgeable and informative and are brilliant at managing there tenants needs. Would highly recommend X1
