Often missing delivery from this company. And refused to refund me money for the deliverys that they missed...Would strongly suggest you use a competitor.

The service started off great, although slightly more expensive than buying at a supermarket but sadly the quality went down hill with the milk not keeping fresh for longer than 2 days. Then then milk started getting delivered later and later with it arriving when we were working and sitting out in the heat all day not helping with the freshness which was already sometines questionable!Trying to cancel was not easy either as can only be done via phone during the hours most people work!

Was on there web site only as we get our milk delivered to our door. Excellent service can not be faulted. Milk delivered in glass bottles and are reusable so greener than plastic.

Absolute shambles of an outfit. Order states one price - charged extra. Phone to cancel and the attitude is awful. Phoned a second day with a different person and attitude the same. Wanted a final payment to which I then corrected them on the overcharge per week to be told that the delivery is additional - it’s a deliver my service so why is that not in the original order? Delivery for a Friday am is delivered Thursday pm. Shambles

I had to cancel my delivery as the milk always goes bad within three or four days, and I wasted so much of it. I have now received a 36£ bill for outstanding balance, while I paid weekly for rotten milk for months to give them the benefit of the doubt. Stay very clear from this company.

Ive never had problem with them, always fresh delivery at night, the driver was really nice as sometimes I would forget about the bottles and he would wait few minutes to take them. Quality is good too, milk lasts long, same with eggs.

Wanted to cancel for a period of time. Tried on dozens of occasions getting them to stop supplying but they kept delivering and taking my direct debit. Eventually I was forced to cancel the direct debit and now they're trying to charge me £52 admin cost". Avoid!"
