Ross of Domestic Trade Services came today to investigate a blockage in our septic tank drainage system. He very quickly identified and resolved the problem. He explained explained exactly what had happened and thoroughly checked the system. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

They turned up on time and managed to complete the job much more sustainably than anticipated meaning we didn’t have to have further unnecessary work done to our drive. Rob arrived on time, after ringing to say he was on the way, responding to an issue with the drains immediately. Identified the problem quickly and efficiently, clearly explaining everything he was going to do to sort the problem and why it was necessary. He was polite, professional, efficient, tidy and completed the job within four hours of the call.
